When you submit an inquiry, we save the service, neighborhood or locality, project description and WhatsApp number. Your name is optional. We use these details to review the request, contact you and check availability.

Form inquiries are stored in a Neon Postgres database. We also record the date, inquiry identifier, status and any available campaign-origin details. Use is limited to managing and following up on the inquiry.

We may send an operational alert containing your inquiry details to our private Telegram channel. We continue the conversation on WhatsApp when appropriate. Neon, Telegram and WhatsApp process data under their own terms and policies.

Before introducing a provider and sharing your contact details, we explain who they are and ask for your agreement. Information shared should be limited to what is needed to assess the project and prepare a quote.

You can ask about your inquiry or request correction or deletion of your details through the WhatsApp contact published on this site. We review each request and any information needed to handle a request or an applicable obligation.

If analytics tools are configured, they are activated only after you accept that option. We do not send your project text or contact number as analytics events. See the Cookie policy for more information.
