Will polishing remove every scratch or dent?
That result is not promised. Damage depth, finish and material limit what can be improved. Ask the provider to explain the possible result before accepting.
How are the cost and work location confirmed?
The provider confirms price and location after reviewing the piece. Give your neighborhood and access conditions; transport, dismantling and repairs must be agreed separately where relevant.
