Can I inquire about a small repair or a renovation?
You can describe either. State what needs fixing, your neighborhood and whether there are several tasks. We check for a contact with the right specialty and availability; not every job can be coordinated.
Can photos support a quote, or is a visit needed?
It depends on the work. Photos and a description help with an initial assessment. If a visit is needed, confirm in advance whether there is a fee and what assessment or quote you will receive.
Who defines the materials and included tasks?
Scope is agreed directly with the provider. Ask for tasks, materials and additional work to be listed separately, and confirm timing and terms before starting.
